The vast majority of small business owners don’t have a clue how to lay out a strategic vision for their business. Yet strategic planning and its execution is the single most important part of business. But if planning is so important, why isn’t it practiced?
Well, planning is hard. And it requires big blocks of time that nobody has when their doing all they possibly can to meet the next payroll.
A few years ago I developed a workbook that set out to ask the same questions that high paid consultants ask, but for a fraction of the price. “Kick Butt” features over 300 questions that create a strategic action plan. It’s a pretty cool process.
